Warren County Conservative Party Endorses Robert Smullen for Congress in NY–21

First Conservative Party endorsement marks growing momentum behind Smullen’s Upstate First campaign

WARREN COUNTY, New York – The Warren County Conservative Party has officially endorsed Robert Smullen in his campaign for Congress in New York’s 21st Congressional District. This endorsement represents Smullen’s first Conservative Party endorsement in the race and underscores expanding support from grassroots conservatives across NY–21.

Robert Smullen demonstrates the conservative principles and leadership that the people in Warren County look for," said Warren County Conservative Chairman Jim Dobkowski. ”This endorsement is about putting forward a candidate who reflects the district, respects life, and has a record of public service shaped by military service and sacrifice.”

Smullen, a retired Marine Corps Colonel and current New York State Assemblyman, has built a record of standing up to one-party rule in Albany, defending constitutional freedoms, supporting law enforcement, and fighting for working families and rural communities. The Warren County Conservative Party endorsement adds to a growing list of organizational support behind his campaign.

This Conservative Party backing follows unanimous endorsements from multiple Republican Party organizations across the district, including the Essex County Republican Committee, the Franklin County Republican Committee, and the Hamilton County Republican Committee. In Hamilton County, Smullen also received a unanimous endorsement from the Hamilton County Board of Supervisors, further solidifying broad local support for his candidacy.

“I am honored to earn the endorsement of the Warren County Conservative Party,” Smullen said. “This support means a great deal to me because it reflects confidence from grassroots conservatives who want a representative that will put Upstate first, stand strong for our values, and fight back against the failed policies coming out of Washington and Albany.”

With unanimous Republican Party endorsements in Essex, Franklin, and Hamilton counties, and now his first Conservative Party endorsement in Warren County, Smullen continues to consolidate support across NY–21 as Republican and Conservative voters rally behind an experienced, battle–tested candidate committed to delivering results for Upstate New York.
