Smullen Campaign Launches New Ad Highlighting Sharp Contrast in NY-21 Race

GLOVERSVILLE, New York (April 29, 2026) – Robert Smullen, Conservative and Republican candidate for Congress in New York’s 21st District, today announced the release of a new campaign advertisement drawing a sharp contrast between Smullen’s record of service and Anthony Constantino’s background.


The ad will run on broadcast television and digital platforms across all four major media markets covering NY-21 – Albany, Plattsburgh, Utica, and Watertown – beginning Wednesday, April 29.

The facts of this race are clear, and despite what Anthony Constantino wants you to believe, these are nonetheless the facts:


  • Anthony Constantino is a wannabe rapper and a fake conservative.
  • He’s a lifelong registered Democrat who only registered as a Republican to run for this seat.
  • After the George Floyd riots, his company called police racists and he sold and manufactured kill the police stickers.
  • Supported Democratic Congressman Paul Tonko who voted to impeach President Trump.
  • Sticker mule propped up by anti-Trump organizations who supported impeachment, including the Democratic National Committee, the North Carolina Democratic Party, the Oklahoma Democratic Party, and one never-Trumper who primaried the President in 2020.
  • He’s a fraud and voters in NY-21 know it.

It presents Smullen as the proven conservative in the race, endorsed by the New York State Republican Party, the New York State Conservative Party, and the New York State Troopers PBA, with a consistent record of backing the blue and defending Upstate values.


Smullen, a retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel with three combat tours in Afghanistan, continues to build support across NY-21 as voters coalesce around a candidate with a record of service and conservative leadership.
